Are you a performance marketing expert who excels at both high-level strategic planning and hands-on CMS management? Buckinghamshire New University is looking for a Digital Media Manager to serve as the architect and analytical engine of our digital presence. This lead role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about "all things digital" and ready to take ownership of the university’s performance marketing.
Working within the Brand, Communications and Marketing directorate, you will be a cornerstone of the Digital team. You will lead on the end-to-end execution of PPC and paid social strategies, using data-driven insights to optimise the recruitment funnel and ensure a seamless journey from search to application.
In this collaborative role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Web Developer and the Marketing and Creative teams to build a seamless search-to-application funnel and ensure every digital touchpoint aligns with BNU’s overarching objectives.

Job Purpose:
You will lead on the university's performance marketing, responsible for the end-to-end execution of PPC and paid social strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will directly manage the CMS to build landing pages, optimise conversion paths, and execute SEO strategies to ensure a seamless journey from search to application.
Working closely with the Web Developer, you will also oversee site health and accessibility, while collaborating with the Marketing team to translate their copy and creative assets into high-performing digital campaigns and webpages. You will interrogate data to refine digital activities and execute technical improvements directly within our platforms.
